revodrive 3 x2 120go fail ... help !

Hi !
I have my revodrive 3 X2 until 3,4 years and now it's failing ...
It only show 60 go in the initialzing sequence at boot and says something like ... "bad cheksum bios - failed state drive" ...
it's seems the raid 0 inside the card is no longer working ...

this problem started after a secure erase and a new windows installation ... i have got a blue screen then this error at boot ...

is there a way to reinitialize the raid array ?
The drive is still show in windows (with 120go of unnalocated space) but as soon i try to write to it i get a blue scrren ...

So far i tried to reflash firmware and bios but the problem remains ...

So if someone have a way (maybe with linux) to "rebuild" the raid0 array please help ... and if not (dead card) ... grrrr i never buy theses expensives cards again !

And the last question if the card is dead can ocz repair it for reasonnable cost ?
